Before you fill this out, you should go look at my page that I created as an example. Have an idea of what colors you want, and please realize that I do this by hand in my spare time (huh, what is that?) and that it could actualy take up to four weeks for me to do this. If you don't see it after then, go ahead and E-mail me, but don't start screaming at me before then, or I will tell you to go learn HTML yourself, and send you (via-email) a picture of my kids looking like waifs to make you feel guilty! :}
